WORK PLAN

Our methodology for physical condition, technical and tactical work is mainly focused on the development of future baseball players, so that they can be ready to show off their baseball skills in front of MLB scouts when the time comes, for instance, during a show case or tryouts.  Furthermore, The Nicanadian Prospect Academy  will be given out their objectives and guidelines to all of their players for their convenience.

We have established a program that allow us to develop the necessary baseball skills for young baseball players between the ages of 15 to 20 years of age to become competitive in this industry.  Additionally , NCPA is considering to accept baseball players who are 21 years or older who their main focus is to improve their overall baseball skills in order to become competitive in their own baseball league when returning back from Nicaragua to Canada.
